  1. I made fresh goat's milk cheese. It was "stupid" easy. There are some good internet videos on this.

  2. Lucky you, you have access to goat's milk! I love goats, used to keep them on my little farm in Mexico.

    Now I just make mozzarella using the New England Cheesemaking video and book, but not too often because it's so addictive.
